An Explanation of My (I)Magic

I belive it is neccicary to explain the true nature of how my magic works. For both my own reference, and to differentiate our imagic from magic used by many other practitioners. Do know that below, I will be "breaking character" in order to explain this. This will not happen often, however I feel it is neccicary in this circumstance

First and foremost, I belive that my Imagic (a portmanteu or however you spell it of imagination and magic) is ultimatley psycological. If you asked how I truly saw the world, I am mostly agnostic. However, I do belive in the power of belief itself! So while I do belive that my imagic is just "play pretend with extra steps", I do not see this as a detriment! In fact, this just allows me to have even more creative freedom then I would otherwise. I dont have to question if something is truly my magic or another phenomena if I realize that all my magic is "fake." This is not to say in the absolutle slightest that I would ever call someone's more spiritually based magic as not real, this is simply how I see my magic. If a question is asked in good faith (and i figure out how to put a comment section on this website) please feel free to ask this, but I do not feel like arguing about how my magic works.

Another note on the word Imagic itself, I will coin the definition as visualization-heavy, psycological magical practice that is not too dissimilar from the practices of alterreality and chunnibyou. as well, imagic practitioners are called imagicians, and things can be described as imagical if you wish to do so.
